TENTATIVE ORDER

I. Plaintiff Grasty’s motion to stipulate and compel Defendant to answer all interrogatories; all admissions are accepted as true is DENIED.

II. Plaintiff Grasty’s motion to stipulate motion to compel production of documents is DENIED.

Plaintiff Grasty moves to compel Defendant’s responses to interrogatories, request for admissions, and production of documents pursuant to CCP § 2030.210-2030.310.

Plaintiff’s motion is procedurally defective. Plaintiff filed a motion to compel initial responses pursuant to CCP § 2030.210-2030.310, however, the motion should have been filed as a motion to compel “further” answers because Defendant served objections on 4/15/20 to avoid waiver, and also served substantive responses on 5/21/20. Additionally, Grasty combined two motions into one motion (interrogatories and request for admissions) and failed to obtain a s
