TENTATIVE RULING:
Trio Pasadena, LLC’s Motion to Determine Sufficiency of Bond is GRANTED.
Trio Pasadena, LLC’s Request for Judicial Notice is GRANTED, pursuant to Evidence Code § 452(a).
Trio Pasadena, LLC (“Trio”) calculates that, as of July 23, 2020, the judgment in its favor amounted to $176,761.09, including prejudgment and postjudgment interest. (Mot. at 1-2.) Based on the subsequent awarding of attorney fees and costs on July 24, 2020, the total judgment in favor of Trio now amounts to $857,192.72 (comprised of $176,761.09 judgment as of July 23, 2020 plus $651,421.75 in attorney fees and $29,009.88 in costs). Plaintiff OS Pacific, LLC (“OS Pacific”) does not dispute these figures.
Accordingly, under CCP § 917.1(b), in order to stay enforcement of the money judgment, OS Pacific must post a new bond amounting to $1,
