TENTATIVE RULING:
Plaintiff My Home Group Real Estate, LLC’s Motion to Enter Judgment Against Defendant Argueta and Real Estate Heaven International, Inc. is GRANTED pursuant to CCP 664.6.
The Court finds that all parties to the pending litigation stipulated to the settlement of the case in a writing signed by the parties outside the presence of the court. Judgment shall be entered in favor of plaintiff My Home Group Real Estate, LLC in accordance with the Settlement Agreement and Mutual Releases executed by the parties. Plaintiff is ordered to efile with the Court a Proposed Judgment pursuant to the terms of the parties’ settlement, which the Court will enter upon submission.
