(1) STATUS REVIEW HEARING AS TO THE IMPLEMENTATION AND START OF THE
SELECTED PROPOSAL FROM RWR CONSTRUCTION
TENTATIVE RULING: On November 14, 2019, defendant Gene Webb filed a notice
of appeal regarding this Court’s rulings on September 27, October 11, and November 1, 2019. Any further review as to the implementation and start of the selected proposal is stayed pending appeal. (Code Civ. Proc., § 916.) The Court previously continued this matter because plaintiffs represented they filed a motion to dismiss the appeal as improper. There being no dismissal of the appeal from the appellate court, this status review hearing is continued to February 28, 2020, at 8:30 a.m. in Dept. B.
The case management conference is continued to the same date.
