Plaintiff’s Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings
Plaintiff’s unopposed motion for judgment on the pleadings is GRANTED. The Answer filed by defendant Darcie Bradford fails to deny any allegation of the complaint or assert any affirmative defense. Accordingly, the motion is GRANTED and judgment ENTERED in the amount of $2,595.86 plus interest of $2,244.60, costs in the amount of $370.00 and attorney’s fees in the amount of $519.17, total amount of judgment $5,729.63. The request to amend the caption of the complaint to “FD Acquisitions LLC v. Darcie M Bradford, aka Darcie Halliman” is GRANTED.
The Court will sign the proposed order lodged November 7, 2019 and the proposed judgment lodged November 7, 2019.
