Tentative Ruling:
To grant plaintiffs’ motion to compel responses to form interrogatories and request for monetary sanctions. Defendant Kathleen Dowling shall serve verified responses to plaintiffs’ form interrogatories, set one, without objections, within 20 days of the date of service of this order.
Sanctions in the amount of $395 are imposed against defendant and her attorneys of record, Sekhon & O’Bryant, payable to Georgeson Law Offices within 30 days of the date of service of this order.
