Plaintiff alleges that Defendants 5045 Klump Avenue Apartments, LLC; and Investors Management Company, Inc. (“Defendants”) owned, operated, and managed the Property during Plaintiff’s tenancy, and caused Plaintiff to suffer injuries due to the uninhabitability of the Property, which was in turn caused by the infestation of a variety of pests at the Property.
