Plaintiff Video Symphony, LLC (“Plaintiff”) is the assignee to the promissory note originally entered into between Defendants and Video Symphony EnterTraining, Inc., which was a film and audio vocational college, located in Burbank, CA.
Plaintiff filed its Complaint on July 18, 2019, alleging a single cause of action for Breach of Promissory Note.
