1. Background
The present case arises from alleged incidents of sexual harassing electronic communications sent to Plaintiff Aida A. Lima (“Lima”) by Defendant Alan T. Schroeder, Jr. d/b/a LawTrdr (“Schroeder”) beginning on or around July 06, 2018 through December 26, 2018.
On December 31, 2018, Schroeder filed a Claim and Order to Go to Small Claims Court against Lima in which he alleged “Plaintiff lent Defendant $1,000.00 cash. Defendant’s adult children are incarcerated and drug addicts. Defendant claimed she lent her last $5,000...to [a] woman in Kansas. Plaintiff temporarily lent Defendant $1,000.00 until her rent [sentence ends incomplete.]” The hearing on Schroeder’s Claim and Order was set for January 31, 2019.
On January 15, 2019, Lima filed a “Defendant’s Claim and Order to Go to Small Claims Court” against Schroeder, Case No. 18AVSC02019. The petition for relief was in the amount of $10,000 for “[p]unitive damages composed of psycholo
