Currently before the Court is the discovery motion by plaintiff Natasha Doubson (“Doubson”).

Factual and Procedural Background

This action arises primarily out of psychotherapy services provided to Doubson by defendant Elena Kozlova (“Kozlova”), a psychological assistant, under the supervision of Dr. Rosalie Toren (“Toren”), a licensed psychologist.1 (See First Amended Complaint (“FAC”), ¶¶ 2, 4, 10-34, & 48-71.)

Discovery Dispute

In April 2020, Doubson filed a motion to compel Kozlova and Toren (collectively, “Defendants”) to provide further responses to form interrogatories, set one (“FI Set I”), special interrogatories, set one (“SI Set I”), requests for admission, set one (“RFA Set I”), and requests for production of documents, set one (“RPD Set I”). Specifically, Doubson moved to compel Toren to provide further responses to FI Set I, SI Set I Nos. 1-13 and 16-60, RFA Set I, and RPD Set I Nos. 1 and 4-6.
