Plaintiffs “Protection of the Holy Virgin,” the Russian Orthodox Church (Church) and Father Viktor Tseshkovsky (Tseshkovsky) (collectively, Plaintiffs) commenced this action against Our Church Building, Inc. (OCB) on December 24, 2018.
Plaintiffs’ operative pleading is contained in two documents: the First Amended Complaint (FAC) filed on February 21, 2019 and a First Supplemental Complaint (FSC) filed on October 9, 2019. Both pleadings assert causes of action for (1) specific performance by the Church against OCB, (2) declaratory relief by the Church against OCB, and (3) declaratory relief by Tseshkovsky
