[TENTATIVE] RULING:

The court OVERRULES Defendants the Sherwin-Williams Company, PPG Industries, Inc., and CRC Industries, Inc.’s demurrers to the First Amended Complaint (“FAC”). The court DENIES the motions to strike, in-part, as to the allegations related to punitive damages and GRANTS the motions to strike, in-part, as to the reference to “other products to be determined during discovery,” without leave to amend.

The court OVERRULES Defendant W.W. Grainger, Inc.’s demurrer to the FAC and GRANTS the motion to strike the reference to “other products to be determined during discovery.”

The court OVERRULES Defendant Imperial Supplies, LLC’s demurrer to the FAC in its entirety.

The court SUSTAINS Defendant Welding Material Sales, Inc.’s (“WMS”) demurrer to Plaintiff Alex Johnson’s claims as Decedent’s successor in interest against defendant WMS, as these claims are barred by the statute of limitations under Code of Civil Proc........
