Plaintiff Andre Mores alleges that defendants Ten Minute Title Loans Holding, LLC, Shelly Trigg, and Carl Petta have from October 15, 2015 to the present exercised control over plaintiff’s wages, hours and working conditions in connection with his employment as a non-exempt collections agent, and have engaged in wage and hour violations under the Industrial Welfare Commission Wage Orders and the Labor Code. The complaint seeks unpaid wages and damages, penalties, an injunction and the appointment of a receiver to insure compliance with wage and hour laws and ensure full restitution to all employees found to be owed unpaid compensation.
