SUBJECT: Motion for Attorneys’ Fees

The Court GRANTS Plaintiffs’ motion for attorneys’ fees and costs in the amount of $20,144.42, consisting of $16,211.00 in attorneys’ fees and $3,933.42 in costs and expenses.

PRELIMINARY COMMENTS:

As indicated below, the Court finds that Plaintiff’s request for attorney's fees is unreasonable, and is therefore reducing the costs and fees requested from $42,306.55 by slightly more than 50%, to $20,144.42.

Our Supreme Court has previously cautioned counsel about requesting unreasonable attorney's fees:
