Background
Plaintiff Rosa Cisneros (“Cisneros”) filed this action on November 15, 2018 against Defendant General Motors LLC (“GM”) for violations of the Song-Beverly Act.
On or about June 18, 2019, GM served an offer to compromise pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 998 in the amount of $273,595.92. (Mikhov Decl., ¶ 13.) The offer was accepted on July 18, 2019. (Mikhov Decl., ¶ 16, Ex. D.)
Cisneros now moves for an award of attorney fees, costs, and expenses in the amount of $14,714.86. GM opposes.
Evidentiary Objections
The Court denies GM’s request for judicial notice as to Exhibits 1-5, and the Court sustains Cisneros’s objections to GM’s request for judicial notice as to Exhibits 1-5.
