BACKGROUND

On November 11, 2018 Plaintiff Jane Doe (“Plaintiff”) filed the original complaint against Defendants Dale Poe Real Estate Inc.; Dale Poe Real Estate Group; Dale Poe Development Corporation; William Poe and David Brody. Plaintiff filed a First Amended Complaint (“FAC”) on January 2, 2019 alleging six causes of action including: (1) discrimination in violation of FEHA; (2) harassment in violation of FEHA; (3) retaliation in violation of FEHA; (4) failure to prevent discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in violation of FEHA; (5) wrongful constructive termination in violation of FEHA; and (6) declaratory judgment.
