Defendant Indian Peak Properties, LLC’s motion to tax costs is granted in the reduced amount of $614.82 (including the $356.07 and $91.10 in costs conceded by Plaintiff).
Defendant Indian Peak Properties, LLC (“Defendant”) moves for an order to tax certain costs claimed by Plaintiff City of Rancho Palos Verdes (“Plaintiff”) in its December 23, 2019 Memorandum of Costs (“Memorandum”). Specifically, Defendant moves to strike a total amount of $1,529.57 in costs from Items Nos. 5 ($291.40), 9 ($643.12), and 14 ($595.05), from Plaintiff’s $1,594.24 costs request.
