Plaintiff, Samuel Aviles filed this action against Defendants, Shadow Deliveries Corp., Howard’s Appliances, Inc., and Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC for damages arising out of a work-related incident that resulted in injuries to Plaintiff’s hand. Serta asked Plaintiff to sign an authorization to release his social security records, but Plaintiff refused. At this time, Serta moves to compel Plaintiffs to sign an authorization concerning the subject records.
