Barlow makes many objections to the evidence submitted by Plaintiff in opposition to its motion. Objections 1–4 to the declaration of Mar Victoria Topang are SUSTAINED for hearsay insofar as Topang’s testimony of what Plaintiff told her is being submitted for the truth of things asserted. (Evid.
