Plaintiff Escobar (“Plaintiff”) alleges that on October 6, 2016, Plaintiff, a minor, was made to carry a milk crate for Defendant Los Angeles Christian School (“Defendant”); which ended up being too heavy for Plaintiff. Plaintiff further alleges that as a result of carrying said milk crate; Plaintiff sustained injuries to which Defendant refused to provide immediate medical attention.
On October 10, 2018, Plaintiff filed the operative Complaint asserting claims for General Negligence and Premises Liability. On December 21, 2018, Defendants filed the instant Demurrer to the Complaint on grounds that the claims are
