FINAL DISTRIBUTION
TENTATIVE RULING: The administrator shall submit a supplement explaining: (1) why attorney Samuel Joens was provided notice; (2) whether the character of decedent’s property is separate or community property; and (3) why the accounting period did not start from the date of the issuance of the letters on February 4, 2019. The administrator additionally shall provide a list of decedent’s relatives within the second degree and their status (decedent’s parents, decedent’s children, decedent’s brothers and sisters, decedent’s grandchildren, and decedent’s grandparents).
The administrator may file a waiver of accounting.
The administrator also shall file a verification for the petition and supplement stating the following: “I, James Paul Vezo, declare as follows: (1) I am the administrator in the above- entitled matter. (2) I have read the foregoing petition and supplement and I certify that the same is true
