TENTATIVE RULING: Following the hearing on October 31, 2019, the Court granted in part and continued in part the petition. The order after hearing continued the matter to allow petitioner to file an amended petition. An amended petition has not been filed. The matter is continued February 7, 2020, at 8:30 a.m. in Dept. B to allow petitioner another opportunity to file an amended petition. If no amended petition is filed, the matter will be denied without prejudice.
