Plaintiff, Thanh Huu Nguyen filed this action against Defendants, Hoang Lam Dao, Joseph Ngo, Daily Fresh Seafood Company, Saigon Seafood Company, Saigon Seafood Wholesale, and Saigon Seafood Trading for battery, conversion, vicarious liability, IIED, and intentional interference with contractual relations.
