Plaintiff Parsig Chouljian (“Plaintiff”) alleges that he has been employed by Defendant Total Renal Care, Inc. dba West Glendale Dialysis (“TRC” or “Defendant”) as a registered nurse from November 2013 until his termination on September 17, 2018. Plaintiff alleges that Defendant did not have a proper timekeeping system, was instructed to clock-out every day for meal and rest breaks but forced to work through breaks, and he had no one to cover him during breaks. Thus, he alleges his hours were not accurately recorded and that he was not paid overtime.
