New Case Management Statements shall be filed by all parties no later than 15 days prior to the hearing pursuant to Local Rule 11.055
If any party wishes to request oral argument, contact the clerk of the department the court day before this hearing between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Notification of oral argument must be made to the opposing party/counsel. On the day of the hearing, if there is no request for oral argument, the tentative ruling will become the order of the Court. Local Rule 3.04. Unless otherwise ordered, the plaintiff shall give actual written notice of all final rulings of the court.
