Plaintiff Amber Castellon, as an individual and on behalf of all other similarly situated (“Plaintiff”), filed this wage and hour class action against her former employer, Defendant VSS International, Inc. (“Defendant”) on October 29, 2018. On January 2, 2019, Plaintiff filed a First Amended Complaint adding a seventh cause of action under the Private Attorneys General Act, Labor Code section 2698, et seq. (“PAGA”). On July 10, 2019, Plaintiff filed her Second Amended Complaint (“SAC”) which alleges a single cause of action under PAGA.
Plaintiff served her First Set of Special Interrogatories (the “Interrogatories”) and First Set of Requests for Production (the “Requests”) (collectively the “Discovery”) on July 24, 2019. Defendant’s responses were served on August 27, 2019. The parties met and conferred, and on January 31, 2020, Defendant served its Amended and Supplemental Responses.
