Application for Right to Attach Order and for Issuance of Writ of Attachment After further legal research following the hearing on January 16, 2019, the Court confirms that where the defendant is a corporation, property subject to attachment includes “all corporate property for which a method of levy is provided by [Code of Civil Procedure sections 488.300 through 488.485].” (Code Civ. Proc, § 487.010, subd. (c)(2).) Corporate property subject to attachment therefore includes tangible personal property, business equipment, vehicles or vessels, business inventory, identifiable cash proceeds, deposit accounts, property in a safe-deposit box, chattel, instruments, negotiable documents of title, and final money judgments. (See Code Civ. Proc., §§ 488.300-488.485.) Therefore, the Court GRANTS plaintiff’s application for a right to attach order and order for issuance of a writ of attachment.
