In this action, plaintiff Maddie Wade (“plaintiff”) alleges that she was discriminated against, harassed, and constructively discharged after revealing to her manager, defendant Dustin Guthrie (“Guthrie”), that she was diagnosed with gender dysphoria and would be transitioning from male to female.
