Explanation:
In this action, plaintiff Maddie Wade (“plaintiff”) alleges that she was discriminated against, harassed, and constructively discharged after revealing to her manager, defendant Dustin Guthrie (“Guthrie”), that she was diagnosed with gender dysphoria and would be transitioning from male to female. The complaint alleges four causes of action: (1) wrongful constructive termination against plaintiff’s employer, defendant Starbucks Corporation (“Starbucks”); (2) discrimination on the basis of sex, gender, gender identity, and/or gender expression against Starbucks; (3) harassment on the basis of sex, gender, gender ident
