Plaintiff Surfside Villas’s Motion to Vacate Dismissal and for Entry of Judgment is TAKEN OFF CALENDAR.

Per CCP § 403.040(a), “[t]he court, on its own motion, may reclassify a case at any time.” The Court, on its own motion, hereby RECLASSIFIES this action to unlimited jurisdiction court so Plaintiff may obtain the requested amount of money judgment, conditioned on Plaintiff's payment of the reclassification fee pursuant to CCP § 403.040(c)(1) within 10 days of this Order. The OSC Hearing re: Dismissal is ADVANCED to today’s date and VACATED. Plaintiff may reschedule the hearing on this Motion with its assigned department in unlimited jurisdiction court.
