Background

On April 28, 2017, Plaintiff Nannette Hansberry (“Plaintiff”) filed a complaint against Defendants Highland Development Properties and Does 1-10. Default was entered as to Highland Development Properties on September 1, 2017. Judgment was entered against Highland Development Properties on October 11, 2017. On November 13, 2017, Pacific Springs, LLC, as successor in interest to Highland Development Properties (“Defendant”) filed a motion to set aside the default judgment. On January 2, 2018, the Court ordered the default and default judgment set aside and vacated pursuant to the joint stipulation to set aside default judgment and to take the motion to set aside default judgment off calendar.
