Plaintiff’s Motion to Reclassify and Motion to File Fourth Amended Complaint are CONTINUED to July 25, 2018.
The Court notes that Defendant has filed two motions for sanctions as to each of the Plaintiff's instant motions that are set for hearing on July 9, 2018 and July 24, 2018. Those hearings are advanced and CONTINUED to July 25, 2018. Plaintiff has filed a Motion to Vacate Sanctions Order set for hearing on July 3, 2018. That hearing is advanced and CONTINUED to July 25, 2018. All motions to be heard on July 25, 2018, at 8:30 a.m. in Department 94.
The Court will consider all pleadings filed on these motions by both parties to date. The court denies Plaintiff's request to file a supplemental reply on his motion to reclassify.
