TENTATIVE RULING: Defendant’s Request for Judicial Notice is GRANTED. The
Motion for order setting aside clerk’s judgments against Defendants Berridge LLC and Berridge Wine Company, LLC is GRANTED. The Clerk’s Default Judgment entered against Defendant Berridge, LLC on March 12, 2019, is hereby set aside. The Clerk’s Default Judgment entered against Defendant Berridge Wine Company, LLC on March 12, 2019, is hereby set aside. Clerk to give notice.
