Development Co., Inc filed a motion for peremptory challenge against the Honorable Monique Langhorne pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 170.6. Due to the challenge, this matter has been assigned to the Honorable Victoria Wood.

The parties are ordered to meet-and-confer as many of the issues, but not all, already were ruled on for defendants Jackson Street Wine Warehouse, LLC and Randall Callahan’s demurrer to the first amended complaint.
