Ruling:

For the reasons set forth herein, the motion of defendant Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital to enforce its business records subpoena to Wasco State Prison is granted in part. The records subject to the subpoena are modified to exclude the word “/dental” and to exclude records relating only to dental conditions, complaints, and treatment. In all other respects, the motion is granted. Deponent Wasco State Prison shall produce the documents responsive to the subpoena as modified on or before November 7, 2017.
