The Court notes that there is no Proof of Service showing service of the moving papers on Defendant Yupha Kaewsri. (See Code Civ. Proc., § 1005 [describing requirements for notice of motions].) Plaintiff is ordered to serve Defendant with the moving papers and file a Proof of Service of such by September 25, 2017, with a courtesy copy directly to Department 77.
Any opposition and reply are to be filed in accordance with CCP § 1005(b), with courtesy copies directly to Department 77.
