Plaintiff Patricia Session’s Motion for Reclassification is CONTINUED to November 20, 2017 at 8:30 am. The Court notes that there is no Proof of Service showing service of the moving papers on Defendant Yupha Kaewsri. (See Code Civ. Proc., § 1005 [describing requirements for notice of motions].) Plaintiff is ordered to serve Defendant with the moving papers and file a Proof of Service of such by September 25, 2017, with a courtesy copy directly to Department 77.

Any opposition and reply are to be filed in accordance with CCP § 1005(b), with courtesy copies directly to Department 77.

Plaintiff is to give notice of this order and file both the notice and proof of service of such no later than September 25, 2017.
