The undisputed evidence submitted in support of the motion establishes that Cen-Cal Farms, Inc. is the alter ego of judgment debtor Kris L. Cooper and that judgment debtor Kris L. Cooper has transferred the assets of the business he operated as a sole proprietor, Cen-Cal Laser Leveling, and which incurred the debts at issue in this case, to Cen-Cal Farms, Inc. of which Kris L. Cooper is the chief executive officer, secretary, chief financial officer and sole director. All moving papers were served on Kris L. Cooper on November 7, 2019 at the address reported to the Secretary of State as the headquarters of Cen-Cal Farms, Inc. and no response or objection has been filed.
