A Status of Administration was filed by the attorney for the Personal Representative on September 17, 2019. That report revealed the Personal Representative was disabled and homeless, and is not likely to be further helpful in bringing this matter to completion.
It is recommended the Court remove the Personal Representative and appoint the Public Administrator as Personal Representative pursuant to Probate Code section 7620(c).
The Public Administrator should be ordered to petition for Final Distribution upon appointment.Final Distribution originally due December 16, 2016. (Prob. Code, § 12200.)
If any party objects to this recommendation, it must file an objection in writing by July 27, 2020. The court has authority to require all objectors to file a written objection pursuant CRC, Rule 7.801, or else deem the failure to do so a waiver.
