There following discrepancies must be corrected by amendment to the petition:
Issues with Format:
Discrepancy no. 1: Missing Schedule Totals. The accounting is missing schedule totals sheets. Schedules containing more than one page of transactions should be subtotaled on each page and those subtotals should be placed on a final page of the schedule, separated by category matching those listed in the schedule, and tabulated to show the total for the entire schedule.
In this accounting, the subtotals were properly listed on each page in every schedule, but were not then totaled on a final page of each schedule so the total for the schedule could be compared with the total listed in the Summary of Account (GC-400(SUM)). In one example, this resulted in an unexplained discrepancy of $132.90, as identified below.
