Tentative Ruling: Plaintiff’s Request for Production for Documents and Response to Interrogatories were first served on defendant on April 4, 2014.
On January 4, 2017, plaintiff filed a Motion to Compel Discovery Responses and For Monetary Sanctions against defendant, Sabrina Jennings. The matter was heard on February 3, 2017, when the Court ruled there was no objections or appearances in opposition and granted plaintiff’s motion in part in that monetary sanctions were not awarded. The Order Compelling Discovery Responses were signed and filed. Defendant was ordered to answer the plaintiff’s special interrogatories, set one by not later than 30 days after services of the order.
Defendant was also ordered to provide a written responses to plaintiff’s request for production of documents, set one, by not later than close of business February 23, 2017.
After having received no response from defendant, on October 12, 2018, plaintiff filed this Motion for Order Terminating Sanction by Str
