Nature of Proceedings: Demurrer to Second Amended Complaint; Case Management Conference
For the reasons stated herein, the demurrers of defendants Wells Fargo and NDeX are sustained to the second amended complaint, and to each cause of action therein, without leave to amend, as there is no reasonable possibility that plaintiff can amend to state a valid cause of action on any legal theory.
