This action challenges the proposed merger between defendant Occam Networks, Inc. (“Occam”) and defendant Calix, Inc. (“Calix”). Occam develops, markets, and supports broadband access products designed to enable telecommunications companies to offer high-speed internet and other services over copper and fiber optic networks.
