Nature of Proceedings: OSC TRO (DV)
This case has been heavily litigated; it was last on calendar on 9/24/13; mother had made numerous requests; the Court made numerous observations and orders; among them were:
Just over 3 months ago, on 5/29/13, the parties entered into a post-Judgment Modification of child and spousal support; the stipulation said the parties had entered into an agreement on 4/9/13 modifying the time share to 70/30; that child support payable by father would be $1,320/mo. Both sides were represented.
On 8/15/13 mother filed a document reporting she is now self-represented; on 9/16/13 counsel for father “withdrew” pursuant to CCP section 285.1; reported that the final Judgment of Dissolution was entered on 3/19/13 and “no motions or other proceedings are pending at this time.”
This proceeding was commenced on 9/4/13 by mother when she filed a “no notice” DV request; this Court did not enter any temporary orders; such orders are inappropriate in this case
