This dissolution action was filed on 12/08 after 10 years of marriage and two children (ages 11 and 8). The parties separated in July 2006. A response was filed in 2009. Mother attended the P.E.A.C.E. class in 2/2008. Mediation was set for 2/2009 but neither side appeared. Father attended the P.E.A.C.E. class in 3/2009. Mediation was set for 4/2009 but no agreement was reached.

On 8/3/10 mother filed a motion seeking child custody (requests sole legal and sole physical custody), child support (guideline), and visitation (proposes father have the children on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month from 10 am to noon), PEACE class &/or FCS mediation orders. She filed an extensive declaration stating father does not participate in anything; he drinks; there is a long history of domestic violence; his support payments are erratic; she does not want him to take the children out of the County;........
