Tentative Ruling:
The court grants final approval of the class action settlement. The court approves the following payments from the gross settlement amount: $29,000 to Simpluris, Inc.; $6,500 each to Tony Ponce, Ignacio Montanez Calderon, Jaime Calvachi, Marcel R. Donola, Jose D. Caballero and Ricardo V. Desa; $25,000 to the Labor Workforce Development Agency; $30,032.66 in attorneys’ costs, to be allocated as set forth in Gregory N. Karasik’s Declaration at ¶ 24; and $404,700 in attorneys’ fees to be allocated as set forth in Santos Gomez’s Declaration at ¶ 4.
