This is Respondent’s request for modification of spousal support set on 10/2008 at $20,000/mo.
There is also a request by Petitioner for attorney fees and forensic costs in an amount to be determined after the hearing on Respondent’s motion pursuant to CCP §1033.5.
On April 20 Petitioner filed a request to permit oral testimony.
Ruling: The Court will grant the request for oral testimony but the Court is in a jury trial until May 11-12; the Court will need to hear from both sides on when they will be ready to proceed after that date; the Court expects the hearing on the attorney fees will immediately follow the hearing on Respondent’s request for modification; taking everything into consideration, the Court needs a “current” time estimate for the hearing from both sides.
Presently the Court intends to hold the hearing in this case on May 12 and May 13.
