Tentative Ruling:
To deny motion for a protective order.
To grant a further deposition, at which the corporate designee need
acquire all information available to the company, through company sources, not outside counsel, with a further four hours for deposition. To order that deposition be taken in Fresno or that defendant pay the fees of plaintiff’s attorney for travel time to attend elsewhere, in addition to said counsel’s travel costs, said deposition to be completed by August 1, 2019.
To overrule all objections to the PMK Topics 1 through 6. For the deposition questions, to sustain the objection to attorney/client privilege to the first question listed in the separate statement, overrule as to all other objections, unless defendant claims that
