1. Motion to conduct a viewing of the property

The motion is denied without prejudice.

Plaintiffs request the Court to order a visual inspection by the trial judge of the entire property, located at 2319 K Street, Sacramento that is the subject of this dispute.

Plaintiffs contend that an inspection of the entire building would greatly assist the trier of fact in making her determinations in this case. Plaintiffs argue that the inspection is relevant to the claims that their funds were misappropriated and spent on parts of the building other than the space they leased. They contend the inspection will show the condition of the tenant improvements in suite B. They also contend it will assist the Court in understanding the quality of the other construction in connection with the related sums.
