Plaintiff, who is proceeding without counsel, filed the pending motion on July 24, 2014. Therein, she argues that the motion is actually a "renewed" version of the motion she filed on June 16, 2014. On June 16, 2014, Plaintiff filed an "Application For Order to Vacate Prefiling Order And Remove Plaintiff/Petitioner From Judicial Counsel Vexatious Litigant List."
