The motion is granted as to settlement discussions and offers in this case. Plaintiff does not oppose the motion with this limitation. This ruling does not mean that plaintiff cannot produce evidence of settlement discussions with Nelmar Construction in the underlying case.
(b) Motion to exclude reference to defendants' insurance coverage
The motion is granted as to the insurance coverage of defendants in this case. This ruling does not mean there can be no reference to the insurance coverage of Nelmar Construction.
(c) Motion to exclude non-party witnesses
Unopposed, the motion is granted.
(d) Motion to exclude evidence of other lawsuits
The motion is denied without prejudice.
