The previously imposed sanctions of $300.00 imposed against David S Grove on 11/18/2010 are not paid and must be paid immediately.

The order to show cause will be dropped from calendar if counsel presents to the courtroom clerk a receipt showing payment no later than 8:45 a.m. on the day of hearing.

An additional $150.00 sanction will be ordered if the $300.00 sanction previously imposed are not paid and proof shown by 8:45 a.m.

Counsel is directed to request an appearance if the previously imposed sanctions cannot be paid by the ordered date and time.

To request oral argument on this matter, you must call the Court at (916) 874-7885 (Department 35) by 4:00 p.m., the court day before this hearing and advise opposing counsel. If no call is made, the tentative ruling becomes the order of the court. Local Rule 11.00.5.
